Will the Australian Salmon run as far North to Moore River this Easter?

Remember this Friday is Good Friday so fishing at Moore River at the 3 mile reef North of the river mouth is a worthy pursuit.  The Capes current is strong this season so the Australian Salmon may run as far North along the coast as Moore River.

Have a read of the ABC WA Fishing Report from last Saturday 8th April 2017 at the following link and gear up.

Ocean Close is booked for the 4 days of Easter, but why not consider the next few weekends and remember Anzac Day is Tuesday 25th April 2017.

Moore River – where the river meets the sea.
The mouth of the Moore River is a popular place for kids to swim. A natural sandbar separates the river from the ocean, providing visitors with the best of both worlds.
The river is also a paddler’s dream. Non-motorised zones have been designated at Silver Creek, the river mouth and upstream from Diamond Island, making the Moore River safe and enjoyable for SUP, kayaking and canoeing.

Our outdoor shower project at Ocean Close

The outdoor shower project has started, but we're 'on holiday - at the beach' now for a while

Some say sand between the toes is great, others dislike it.

We'll shortly provide a solution for our guests to have a cold water outdoor shower post your trip down the path to the beach.  There will also be a tap to simply wash the sand from between the toes.

See the photo below of the part complete project.

Any comments on the need for a hot water supply - possibly using solar energy?
